Indigenous Research Network & Initiatives

As part of the University of Toronto’s (U of T’s) commitment and response to the Calls to Action of the Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report, and the Wecheehetowin – Answering the Call – the Final Report of the Steering Committee for the University of Toronto response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, U of T has created a VPRI Indigenous Research Circle that is leading new Indigenous research initiatives. The Indigenous Research Network at U of T has been developed to increase capacity and supports for Indigenous research.

This information is open to anyone interested or involved in Indigenous research and innovation activities within the University.

• Provide institutional oversight and administrative support to the Indigenous Research Circle initiatives
