The Toronto Population Network, a new initiative connecting demographers and population scholars across U of T, is hosting its first event. Our mini-conference centers on how to create and sustain a population centre at U of T, while asking important questions like why demography matters and how we can leverage data for population insight. Discussions will span population health, housing, migration, fertility, families, aging, and mortality.

If you’re interested in how data can advance your research, come get a first look at the Toronto Population Network, meet the team, and engage with guests from around the world. Faculty, graduate, and undergraduate researchers are warmly invited to take part in this exciting moment for demography at U of T!
