Overview

University of Toronto’s (U of T’s) Core Facilities are research facilities across the institution’s three campuses offering specialized research services or equipment to the U of T community. In some cases, external (i.e., non-U of T) users may also be able to access these research facilities. Note that each facility has its own guidelines around use, access, and pricing. Please refer to the specific facility website or contact the facility directly for further information.

2. Do I have to be registered with U of T to use the equipment at the listed facilities?

External partners or collaborators may be able to access some of the research facilities at U of T. As noted above, each facility has its own guidelines around use, access, and pricing. Please check the facility’s website or contact the facility manager to determine your ability to use the facility and its equipment.
