You are expressly and only granted access to the DQRSP Template to assess research and innovation activities specifically related to your academic division or unit, or for an official, approved institutional purpose. If you require information about another academic division or unit, please contact the unit directly.
Access to the DQRSP Template will be logged and may be used to investigate reports of unauthorized access or misuse.
